Systems Engineer Senior (Enterprise Integrated Technologies Owner)

Accountabilities:: Contribute to device engineering workstreams, programs, and projects, helping deliver solutions to complex technical and operational challenges. Perform systems design, development, integration, and engineering activities throughout the full systems lifecycle, from initial design through implementation and ongoing support. Oversee complex infrastructure and biomedical and end-user devices, including installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and integration with customer environments. Develop, maintain, and improve technical documentation, processes, procedures, and work instructions supporting device engineering projects and program execution. Provide advanced solutions for infrastructure security, backup, redundancy, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring reliable and resilient technology environments. Maintain current knowledge of evolving technologies, particularly biomedical devices, end-user technologies, and the Oracle Health EHR environment, and apply that knowledge to program requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with cybersecurity, implementation, and other program workstreams, while communicating effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers. Support knowledge sharing and professional development by coaching less-experienced team members and, when required, serving as a team or task lead. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience, with at least 5 years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects. Demonstrated experience with Oracle Health is required, along with experience developing solutions for complex device engineering and integration challenges. Strong understanding of biomedical device design, device integration, medical device technologies, and enterprise/end-user technology environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, with the ability to produce clear, high-quality technical and operational documentation. Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established policies, procedures, processes, and detailed work instructions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external teams, stakeholders, customers, and technical partners. Experience supporting federal contract programs is desirable, as is the ability to coach colleagues and contribute effectively in cross-functional environments. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 (SSBI/T5) clearance. U.S. citizenship is not required. Ability to travel up to 25% of the year when needed; the position is fully remote and limited to the United States. Benefits: Expected salary range of $102,000–$138,000 , with final compensation determined by experience, geographic location, and applicable contractual requirements.
