Specialist, Product

Accountabilities: Partner with the Chief Product Officer to coordinate product development from initial concept through launch and dissemination. Coordinate project plans that move research, resources, and learning experiences through development, production, and release. Manage timelines, dependencies, approvals, milestones, and deliverables across Product, Programs, Design, Marketing, and Operations. Maintain project trackers, documentation, meeting notes, workflows, and other operational systems. Proactively identify delivery risks, communicate potential issues, and help teams stay on schedule. Manage production timelines for playbooks, toolkits, implementation guides, reports, digital resources, webpages, and participant materials. Coordinate with designers to move assets efficiently through design, review, revision, and final production. Track product readiness from initial concept through public release. Coordinate dissemination activities for newly launched products and learning experiences. Draft partner outreach communications and coordinate logistics supporting dissemination efforts. Prepare product content, key messages, and supporting materials for handoff to Communications teams. Coordinate dissemination timelines across Product, Communications, Programs, and external partners. Track launch milestones, stakeholder engagement, and product adoption activities. Support the operational planning and execution of the organization's annual symposium. Coordinate presenter recruitment and onboarding, including RFP processes, bios, headshots, presentation materials, and required forms. Manage content schedules, logistics, participant communications, run-of-show materials, facilitator resources, and presenter documentation. Support on-site event content and logistics to help create a seamless experience for presenters, partners, and attendees. Identify opportunities to strengthen documentation, project management, dissemination, archiving, and knowledge-management systems. Leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and strengthen team operations. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, product operations, event coordination, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex initiatives, and keep projects moving toward completion. Strong organizational skills and a natural ability to create structure, clarity, and momentum in ambiguous environments. Experience working effectively with remote teams, virtual environments, and distributed partners. Proactive ownership mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps, solve problems, and follow through independently. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build productive relationships across different teams and stakeholder groups. Comfort learning new technologies and finding practical ways to improve processes and workflows. Interest in or experience using AI and digital tools to increase productivity, organize information, and improve operational efficiency. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to coordinate stakeholders and prepare clear project documentation. Experience supporting complex initiatives within education, nonprofits, or other mission-driven organizations is preferred. Genuine interest in improving education and supporting more student-centered learning experiences.
