Social Media Content Specialist - English + other languages

Accountabilities:: Moderate and respond to comments and community interactions across clients’ social media channels while consistently applying each brand’s voice, tone, and guidelines. Write thoughtful, engaging social content designed to encourage conversation, strengthen community engagement, and create meaningful interactions. Monitor online conversations and help ensure communities remain safe, respectful, inclusive, and aligned with established moderation standards. Identify and escalate sensitive issues, emerging trends, relevant insights, and notable community activity to the appropriate internal teams. Develop a strong understanding of each client’s strategy, audience, communication style, and objectives, acting as a trusted extension of their brand. Engage confidently with content across a broad range of industries, including technology, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals. Work flexibly across assigned schedules, which may include daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Requirements: Strong written English skills, including excellent spelling, grammar, clarity, and attention to detail, combined with strong cultural awareness. Previous experience managing social media platforms, particularly community moderation, audience engagement, and online conversations. Demonstrated ability to write on behalf of brands and adapt tone, style, and messaging to suit different audiences and communication guidelines. Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Facebook; access to or use of a Facebook account may be required depending on client needs. Ability to understand and engage with varied subject matter and communicate appropriately across different industries and communities. Strong organizational skills, reliability, responsiveness, and a customer-service-oriented mindset. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with an international team. Availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, overnight hours, and weekends. Reliable, high-speed internet suitable for consistent remote work. Fluency in an additional language is preferred, particularly French, Spanish, Turkish, German, Arabic, Hebrew, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, or Greek .
