Senior Technical Program Manager

Accountabilities:: Lead complex, cross-functional software initiatives from initial alignment through delivery, launch, and rollout. Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Servicing, Analytics, Machine Learning, Fraud, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and dealer-facing teams. Translate ambiguous, multi-stakeholder problem spaces into actionable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points, and ownership. Partner with Product Managers on strategy and prioritization while working closely with Engineering Managers and engineers on technical approaches and execution plans. Participate meaningfully in technical discussions, evaluating software architecture, data models, data movement, data pipelines, third-party integrations, and implementation trade-offs. Identify blockers and unclear ownership, surface downstream impacts early, and help teams resolve issues before they become delivery risks. Establish lightweight, practical program-management processes that improve coordination, visibility, and accountability without creating unnecessary administrative overhead. Drive PM-prioritized initiatives from technical planning through launch and rollout. Monitor post-launch performance, establish continuous feedback loops, and identify opportunities for iteration and improvement. Surface operational signals and customer pain points, analyze opportunities, and develop clear, prioritized recommendations. Connect program execution to measurable business and customer outcomes while maintaining appropriate quality, reliability, and delivery standards. Requirements: Professional experience in Technical Program Management or a similar role, with ownership of complex, cross-functional software initiatives. Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous, multi-stakeholder problems into executable plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points, and clear ownership. Experience working directly with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and engineering teams, with a strong understanding of their respective roles and responsibilities. Technical fluency across software architecture, data models, third-party integrations, and data pipelines. Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and communicate their implications clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience delivering initiatives across Product and Engineering while connecting execution to measurable business or customer outcomes. Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to establish practical program-management processes in environments where ownership and operating practices are still evolving. Experience working in a complex industry, multi-sided marketplace, or B2B2C environment with competing priorities around speed, quality, reliability, and scale is preferred. Experience partnering with financial services, automotive retail, servicing, fraud, analytics, machine learning, or other operationally complex teams is a plus. Experience in a growth-stage technology company or similarly fast-moving environment is advantageous.
