Senior Talent Sourcer

Accountabilities:: Build targeted, high-quality candidate pipelines for technical and go-to-market roles. Use sourcing platforms such as Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools to identify qualified and relevant candidates. Design, manage, and optimize automated sourcing workflows and candidate outreach campaigns. Translate job requirements into clear, accurate, and effective sourcing strategies and search criteria. Document job requirements, candidate profiles, search parameters, sourcing activity, and progress to maintain transparency throughout each search. Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, tags, pipeline stages, and other recruiting data in Ashby. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate searches, clarify requirements, and improve candidate quality. Track outreach performance, response rates, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Identify sourcing and pipeline gaps and adjust search strategies quickly to maintain momentum. Personalize candidate outreach while maintaining the speed and volume required in a fast-growing environment. Continuously evaluate and test new sourcing tools, automation approaches, workflows, and technologies. Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, organization, and candidate quality. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced startup, technology, or similarly dynamic environment. Deep experience sourcing candidates for technical and/or go-to-market positions. Strong understanding of talent automation, AI-powered sourcing, recruiting technology, and scalable sourcing workflows. Hands-on experience with Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter , and related sourcing platforms. Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized, systematic approach to candidate and pipeline management. Ability to clearly translate hiring requirements into sourcing criteria and document search strategies and progress. Strong written communication skills, particularly for personalized and engaging candidate outreach. Ability to assess sourcing effectiveness through response rates, conversion data, and pipeline quality. Confidence collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and search priorities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches, prioritize effectively, and move quickly in an evolving environment. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to continuously experiment with new sourcing methods and technologies. Comfortable working Pacific Time hours .
