Senior Specialist, FP&A

Accountabilities:: Partner with local business stakeholders and global finance teams to monitor financial health and support business improvement initiatives. Contribute to annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the organization. Identify, develop, and track key revenue-related metrics, using relevant data to support financial modeling and analysis. Coordinate pipeline analysis, revenue planning, and forecasting cycles with key stakeholders across the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make financial and operational data accessible, understandable, and actionable. Prepare trends, forecasts, and analytical insights for senior management to support informed business decisions. Develop ad hoc reports and financial models in response to specific business questions and analytical needs. Produce monthly financial reporting, including key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis for senior leadership. Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational performance across the organization. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional experience with budgeting, forecasting, account analysis, and month-end close activities. Fluent English is essential, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively in a professional environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, data-driven, and financial reporting skills. Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands effectively. Comfortable working with different computer systems, financial tools, and large datasets. Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to navigate and grow within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
