Senior Product Manager, Comet Manufacturing

Accountabilities:: Create and own a 2–3 year product roadmap aligned with the product vision, strategy, business priorities, and operational needs. Prioritize product requests, ideas, and investments by evaluating business value, expected impact, and strategic alignment. Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Program Management, Design, Product Management, and Physical Operations. Build consensus among product managers and stakeholders around shared capabilities and priorities. Collaborate with global product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concepts through delivery and iteration. Ensure product decisions address the practical requirements of real-world manufacturing environments and shopfloor operations. Define, measure, monitor, and communicate product metrics to understand performance and guide future investments. Translate complex operational and technical challenges into clear product priorities and actionable business outcomes. Champion adaptable, self-service, and zero-code approaches that enable manufacturing teams to design and deploy production workflows efficiently. Requirements: 6+ years of professional product management experience in a business, technical, or related field. Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, best practices, and lifecycle management. Exceptional collaboration, partnership, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with demonstrated experience using data to solve problems and influence investment decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear business value for executive stakeholders and operational partners. Demonstrated ability to build consensus across diverse, cross-functional teams and operate effectively in complex organizational environments. Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and stakeholders across different functions, locations, and areas of expertise. Strong product ownership mindset, with the ability to balance strategic planning, operational execution, and measurable outcomes. Experience working in manufacturing, physical operations, ecommerce, or other operationally complex environments is valuable. Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.
