Manager, Manufacturing & Operations Finance

Date Posted: 2026-08-13 Country: United States of America Location: OTCTH: Connecticut Home Offices Remote Location, Remote City, CT, 06032 USA Otis Finance is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing & Operations Finance to support global product cost activities. This role ensures accurate cost tracking, margin analysis and cost transparency across factories. The position partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and regional Finance teams to drive cost discipline, support cost reduction initiatives. The role is also responsible for providing accurate analysis and financial proposals to support key transfer price and internal sourcing decision, ultimately contributing to business growth. Responsibilities: Develop, track and analyze product cost evolution, perform variance analysis Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to identify cost reduction initiatives and cost headwinds. Align Material Productivity initiatives with actual product cost performance. Support new product introduction, including target cost review and transfer price proposal. Provide accurate data and proposal to support critical transfer price and internal sourcing decision Ensure compliance with Global transfer price policy Ad hoc activities as we look for new ways to analyze the business to drive growth. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, Engineering, Science, or a related field Fluent English 3+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, Engineering or cost accounting Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of manufacturing cost drivers Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to team performance Strong communication and business partnering capabilities Preferred Experience: Experience in a global R&D, manufacturing or Operation Finance environment Exposure to manufacturing excellence or continuous improvement programs Familiarity with elevator and escalators products The salary range for this role is $120,000-$140,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
