SAP Process Control and Risk Management Specialist

Accountabilities:: Lead the deployment, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management modules. Partner with Audit teams, business process owners, and other stakeholders to strengthen controls, compliance processes, and risk governance. Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements of SAP GRC solutions to ensure stability and effective performance. Assess and improve risk management and control processes through technology-enabled solutions. Document and communicate process changes, risk assessments, control activities, and related improvements for cross-functional stakeholders. Contribute to initiatives that improve operational integrity, control effectiveness, and enterprise compliance. Apply techno-functional expertise to translate business requirements and risk objectives into effective SAP GRC solutions. Requirements Active DoD Secret clearance. 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management. Strong techno-functional expertise covering SAP GRC implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Demonstrated experience working with Audit teams and business process owners on compliance, controls, and risk initiatives. Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, control frameworks, and compliance management. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. SAP GRC or related governance, risk, and compliance certifications are preferred. Experience supporting or partnering with internal Audit organizations is an advantage. Willingness to travel locally up to 10% as required. Benefits Salary range of $90,300–$189,600, with final compensation influenced by location, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and contract requirements.
