Renewals Specialist

Accountabilities:: Manage and coordinate customer renewal activities, ensuring opportunities are followed up on accurately and within the required timelines. Engage with customers throughout the renewal process, responding to questions and helping facilitate a smooth continuation of their services. Maintain accurate records of renewal opportunities, customer information, and relevant activities. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve renewal-related questions and ensure customer needs are addressed effectively. Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow up on accounts to support customer retention. Contribute to an efficient and customer-focused renewal process by maintaining strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Requirements Experience in renewals, customer success, account management, sales operations, or a related customer-facing function. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and internal stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple renewal activities and priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer and renewal information. Ability to proactively follow up on opportunities and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
