Program Manager

Accountabilities:: Lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of consulting and design engagements across multiple clients. Partner with senior consultants to develop delivery strategies that translate client objectives and consulting recommendations into effective execution plans. Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, milestones, and client expectations across the portfolio. Monitor portfolio health, identify delivery risks and resource constraints, and act as a primary escalation point for project delivery challenges. Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, including performance management and career development. Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, workforce planning, and capacity management for the project management team. Oversee staffing and resource allocation to optimize utilization, balance workloads, and align skills with client requirements. Monitor project financial performance, utilization, forecasting, and delivery metrics, recommending adjustments where needed. Establish and continuously improve project management standards, methodologies, tools, governance, risk management, change management, and reporting practices. Drive continuous improvement using project metrics, lessons learned, and client feedback. Collaborate with technical teams and deliverables leadership to ensure project outputs meet quality, consistency, technical accuracy, and professionalism standards. Partner with senior consultants to maintain proactive client communication throughout project delivery and participate in executive meetings or issue resolution when required. Support Project Managers by removing obstacles, facilitating decisions, and strengthening collaboration across consulting and technical teams. Lead project retrospectives and contribute to the ongoing development of project management methodologies, templates, and governance processes. Requirements: 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within a consulting environment, with 3+ years of experience leading project teams or supervising Project Managers preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Extensive familiarity with low-voltage and physical security technologies, systems, and design concepts. Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary client engagements and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of project financial management, forecasting, resource planning, and delivery metrics. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management platforms. Experience with tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and QuickBase; familiarity with Studio and Bluebeam is a plus. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to identify critical-path activities, prioritize competing tasks, and maintain consistent progress. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, serve as a role model, and develop others through coaching and mentoring. Analytical and data-driven approach to operational decision-making and continuous improvement. Strategic mindset with the ability to connect day-to-day delivery activities with broader business and client objectives. Collaborative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach. Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to satisfy applicable client and government security screening requirements. Must be able to complete a background check upon hire and every two years thereafter. Must have a quiet, dedicated remote workspace and high-speed internet with minimum speeds of 200 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
