Portfolio Messaging Strategist

Accountabilities:: Define and continuously evolve the master narrative for the enterprise AI and agentic orchestration portfolio, ensuring it remains differentiated, credible, and aligned with customer needs and business strategy. Develop narrative frameworks based on customer challenges, product value, market dynamics, competitive differentiation, and industry expertise. Establish consistent messaging architecture, terminology, proof points, and storytelling standards connecting corporate vision, portfolio positioning, product messaging, industry use cases, and customer outcomes. Govern narrative consistency across executive presentations, leadership communications, events, analyst engagements, customer forums, and other high-visibility channels. Identify messaging gaps, inconsistencies, and competing narratives, then facilitate alignment across stakeholders and teams. Lead the strategic development of executive keynotes, high-profile presentations, customer events, analyst engagements, and other executive communications. Partner with senior leaders, product teams, and subject matter experts to turn complex technical strategies and innovations into compelling, audience-specific stories. Define presentation storylines, narrative arcs, proof points, visual direction, customer examples, and calls to action, while developing repeatable processes for speaker preparation, rehearsals, content governance, and post-event content reuse. Build deep knowledge of portfolio capabilities, product roadmaps, technical architecture, customer adoption models, competitive positioning, and strategic ecosystems. Translate concepts such as industrial data platforms, knowledge graphs, AI/ML lifecycle management, low-code development, agentic workflows, governance, and human-AI collaboration into clear customer value propositions. Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Sales, industry teams, and strategic partners to connect messaging claims with measurable business outcomes and technical proof. Build trusted relationships across global businesses and functions, lead narrative reviews, resolve competing priorities, and drive messaging decisions with speed and strategic judgment. Coach executives and go-to-market leaders on customer-first storytelling, message hierarchy, narrative discipline, and effective executive presentations. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communications, or a related discipline. Professional experience within enterprise software, industrial technology, artificial intelligence, data platforms, automation, cloud technologies, platform businesses, or similarly complex technology environments. Demonstrated success creating category, platform, or portfolio narratives that strengthen market understanding, differentiation, and go-to-market execution. Extensive experience developing executive keynotes, leadership presentations, high-visibility communications, and customer-facing narratives. Exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, presentation development, and communication skills. Strong product marketing expertise, with the ability to synthesize market trends, customer needs, product capabilities, competitive dynamics, and proof points into a compelling strategic narrative. Ability to understand sophisticated technical products and translate their complexity into accessible business value without sacrificing technical credibility. Proven ability to influence senior executives and align diverse stakeholders within a global, highly matrixed organization. Strong executive presence and confidence working with senior leaders, technical experts, customers, analysts, and cross-functional teams. Excellent stakeholder management, strategic judgment, collaboration, and prioritization skills. Benefits: Annual base salary of $124,000–$223,100 , with the actual offer determined by factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, budget, and geographic considerations.
