Paid Ads (Greater China)

Accountabilities:: Support the regional Paid Ads team in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit. Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, daily performance tracking, and basic optimization activities. Gather, organize, and maintain campaign data to support reporting and performance analysis. Learn and apply paid social advertising best practices through hands-on experience and mentorship. Document campaign workflows, processes, learnings, and best practices to support team knowledge sharing. Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to coordinate timely delivery of advertising assets. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Assist with ad copy development and creative testing initiatives. Provide general administrative and operational support to the Paid Ads team as needed. Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, workflows, and team efficiency. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. Strong interest in digital marketing, paid social advertising, and online campaign performance. Previous internship experience or relevant coursework in digital marketing or advertising is a plus. Basic understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an interest in working with campaign data. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly. Good written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable learning new tools, working with data, and adapting to evolving digital marketing practices. Open to developing new skills and gaining practical experience in a rapidly changing industry.
