Mobile Employee Life Cycle Manager

Accountabilities: Lead focused and professional recruitment efforts to attract qualified candidates and ensure the right people are placed in the right roles. Support facilities experiencing HR vacancies or requiring additional employee life cycle support, adapting quickly to changing operational needs. Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, respectful, and values-driven workplace culture. Partner with managers to strengthen people leadership and enable them to focus effectively on their teams and employees. Implement recognition and retention initiatives designed to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover. Ensure HR practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across recruitment, engagement, retention, and broader HR processes. Serve as a creative, forward-thinking HR resource capable of introducing practical solutions and supporting organizational change. Travel to relevant meetings and healthcare locations as business needs require. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. At least 2 years of experience managing personnel within a Human Resources function. Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated ability to attract and select qualified candidates. Previous healthcare experience is required; experience in long-term care is preferred. Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required. SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or a comparable HR certification is preferred. Working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and their practical application in the workplace. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent public speaking, written communication, grammar, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and a professional, service-oriented approach. Demonstrated ability to drive engagement, support change, identify improvements, and work effectively with managers and employees.
