Lender Task Administrator

Accountabilities: Manage the daily administration and workflow associated with CPI/LPI programs, including notices, certificates, premiums, images, client requests, queues, reports, and related products. Process, audit, and maintain insurance information accurately while ensuring lenders receive appropriate billing and reporting and borrowers receive required notices. Manage premium collection and refunds, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and within established timelines. Serve as a subject matter resource for internal teams on day-to-day CPI/LPI operational questions and anticipate client requirements to provide effective solutions. Identify, escalate, track, and resolve issues affecting clients, sales teams, loan servicing teams, or insurance coverage. Research discrepancies and operational problems, determine root causes, recommend process improvements, and communicate findings to management. Maintain workloads in accordance with established service-level agreements and quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve significant issues and provide clear, fact-based updates until resolution is achieved. Analyze loan-level indicators and client portfolio reporting to identify potential issues, improve product performance, and enhance the overall client experience. Review and verify insurance information across coverage types such as vehicle, flood, windstorm, and hazard insurance, updating loan histories based on available documentation. Meet or exceed established productivity, quality, and workload expectations while supporting additional operational projects as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or vocational/technical education is preferred. Less than 12 months of related professional experience is required, making this an opportunity to develop specialized expertise in lender and insurance operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across multiple internal teams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing workloads according to urgency and business impact. Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and self-motivation when researching issues and resolving client service needs. Ability to work independently with limited supervision while taking ownership of issues through to resolution. Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, including the capacity to evaluate information, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions. Ability to proactively identify potential problems and recommend improvements that reduce recurring issues. Adaptability and willingness to work effectively through changing workloads, processes, and departmental priorities.
