Was uns wichtig ist Mehrjährige praktische IT-Erfahrung – Zertifikate sind für uns nicht das Entscheidende. Du bist Allrounder: keine Scheu vor operativer Technik, aber auch in der Lage, komplexe Strukturen zu durchdringen. Offenheit für KI und neue Werkzeuge – für Automatisierung, bessere Prozesse und neue Lösungen. Souveräner Umgang mit Kunden und Entscheidern sowie eine klare, verständliche Kommunikation. Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und der Blick dafür, wo IT besser, sicherer oder effizienter werden kann.
