Lead Program Manager

Accountabilities:: Define program strategy, goals, roadmaps, milestones, and operating models across multiple projects and vendors. Lead and develop delivery teams, including Program Managers and Coordinators, with clear objectives, capacity planning, coaching, and performance feedback. Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, leading governance meetings, planning sessions, business reviews, and discussions around scope, priorities, and changes. Partner with quality leadership to maintain consistent quality outcomes, align on guidelines and acceptance criteria, coordinate audits, and implement corrective actions. Plan and secure sufficient rater and annotator capacity while optimizing shifts, handoffs, workflows, automation, and tooling to meet high-volume delivery targets. Build and manage program budgets, margins, and change orders while keeping commercial commitments aligned with delivery requirements. Maintain program-level risk, issue, and action tracking; lead root-cause analysis and remediation while escalating high-impact issues with clear options and implications. Standardize SOPs, templates, dashboards, and operating processes, while identifying, piloting, and scaling automation opportunities with technology teams. Ensure adherence to data handling, privacy, security, and platform access policies throughout the program. Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Quality, Operations, and Vendor Management teams to achieve client and business objectives. Requirements: Proven experience leading complex programs or portfolios involving multiple projects, teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Strong program strategy, planning, delivery, and operational management capabilities, particularly in high-volume environments. Demonstrated experience managing and developing cross-functional delivery teams, including capacity planning, coaching, and performance management. Strong client-facing and executive communication skills, with the ability to lead governance meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions. Experience managing budgets, margins, commercial commitments, and change orders. Strong understanding of quality management, process improvement, root-cause analysis, and corrective action processes. Ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes while communicating impacts and escalation options clearly. Experience identifying opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and operational scalability. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex delivery requirements simultaneously. Understanding of data privacy, security, compliance, and access-control requirements in operational programs. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
