HRIS Manager

Accountabilities:: Manage the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, testing, and upgrades of HR applications and systems, with a primary focus on Workday. Provide day-to-day HRIS support, troubleshooting, user guidance, and issue resolution for HR teams and system stakeholders. Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, automation opportunities, system improvements, and evolving business requirements. Translate business requirements into practical HRIS configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, and process enhancements. Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations with internal and external applications, including applicant tracking, Finance, Procurement, employee portals, and other enterprise systems. Design, develop, maintain, and improve Workday custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts based on operational and business requirements. Manage HRIS security roles, user access, permissions, and governance processes to protect sensitive employee information and ensure appropriate access. Support HR data quality, system controls, audit readiness, and compliance with internal policies and applicable data privacy requirements. Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and HR technology vendors across implementations, system operations, maintenance, support, and enhancements. Participate in vendor evaluations, procurement activities, implementation planning, and commercial discussions related to HR technology solutions. Lead or support HRIS projects involving system implementations, upgrades, integrations, process redesign, testing, change management, and user adoption. Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration records, user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures. Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve usability, scalability, automation, and operational efficiency. Support additional HR technology and systems-related initiatives as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred. At least 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, HR operations systems, or a related function. Hands-on experience with Workday is required, including exposure to areas such as Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Learning, Reporting, Security, and/or Integrations. Experience supporting Workday integrations with third-party applications, including ATS, Finance, Procurement, payroll, employee experience, or other enterprise platforms. Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical system configurations, reports, workflows, and process improvements. Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under demanding deadlines. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external technology vendors. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with sensitive HR data. Strong understanding of HR systems, enterprise applications, data flows, integrations, access controls, and system governance. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with distributed international teams. Self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
