Accountabilities:: Plan, develop, implement, and monitor regional marketing strategies aligned with broader market plans and allocated budgets. Support the creation and execution of incentive plans, demand-generation programs, customer relationship initiatives, and other market-development activities. Develop and coordinate marketing initiatives designed to strengthen the positioning and visibility of specialised agricultural products. Support the execution of marketing strategies for performance-focused products, including technical events, commercial campaigns, communication activities, and supporting materials. Develop and maintain sales-enablement tools that support consultative selling and help commercial teams communicate product value effectively. Coordinate initiatives aimed at promoting products across different markets while maintaining strategic consistency and competitive relevance. Work with internal stakeholders and commercial teams to identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable development initiatives. Support customer and partner engagement activities designed to strengthen relationships and generate long-term value. Manage relevant projects and processes, ensuring activities remain aligned with objectives, timelines, resources, and expected outcomes. Monitor market initiatives and provide relevant insights to support continuous improvement of regional strategies. Contribute to initiatives that strengthen product differentiation, customer value, and market penetration. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering or a related agricultural discipline. Previous professional experience in market development , agricultural marketing, commercial strategy, or a related field. Experience with project and process management , including planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up. Knowledge or experience in people management and cross-functional collaboration. Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. Good understanding of agricultural markets, customers, products, and commercial dynamics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business productivity tools. Intermediate English proficiency. Ability and willingness to relocate if required. Must be based in or willing to work from Sorriso or Sinop, Mato Grosso . Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities. Ability to work collaboratively with commercial, marketing, technical, and other internal teams. Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
