Engagement Manager, NetSuite Consulting

Accountabilities:: Manage and develop a team of up to 10 consultants and analysts while supporting multiple client engagements and maintaining delivery quality. Serve as a proactive client advocate and provide organizational, engagement, business process, and systems architecture leadership. Lead discovery sessions, requirements-gathering workshops, process mapping, reengineering, and future-state process design. Advise clients on standard NetSuite functionality, software best practices, and industry-leading approaches. Design functional system configurations and develop requirements, solution, and design documentation. Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and perform fit-gap analysis to guide system execution. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver custom solutions that meet client requirements. Manage project scope, requirements, budgets, resource allocations, timelines, and change control throughout engagements. Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations across planning, design, build, verification, deployment, and support phases. Guide configuration workshops, offline configuration activities, UAT, SIT, end-user training, and enablement planning. Define data migration strategies and lead or execute migration activities, including go-live cutover data loads. Develop wireframes, process diagrams, and schematic documentation to support requirements gathering and solution design. Provide post-go-live client support and help troubleshoot complex business or system issues as required. Lead project management activities, including status meetings, planning, work breakdown, delivery tracking, and change management. Support new business development, including client acquisition initiatives and project scoping. Contribute to internal go-to-market, knowledge management, training, and enablement initiatives. Continuously expand NetSuite product expertise to meet the evolving needs of client engagements. Requirements Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration, consulting, or administration experience, including at least 8 full lifecycle implementations. NetSuite certifications such as ERP Consultant or Administrator are strongly preferred. Experience managing teams of 5+ consultants across multiple concurrent engagements. Strong expertise across business transformation, finance/accounting, supply chain, consulting services, and/or industry-specific processes. Ability to design end-to-end solutions using SuiteCloud tools such as SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk. Extensive experience developing data migration strategies and executing hands-on go-live data loads and cutover activities. Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and change management skills. Excellent organizational, project management, prioritization, and time management capabilities. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and manage complex client and team relationships. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, combined with mature judgment and ownership. Comfortable working effectively in a virtual environment and leading client workshops that may require onsite participation. Advanced NetSuite module experience, such as Advanced Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, MRP, SuiteBilling, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, SuitePeople HCM, NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, SuiteCommerce, or International Localization, is a plus. Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or FarApp is desirable. NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer certification or techno-functional development experience is advantageous. CPA or audit experience, APICS or supply chain certifications, PMP or CSM certification, and/or an MBA or other advanced degree are valued additions.
