Delivery Analyst

Accountabilities: Maintain project portfolio information in enterprise project and portfolio management tools, ensuring project details, resource profiles, milestones, and other data remain accurate and current. Build and maintain dashboards and reports highlighting portfolio progress, resource utilization, capacity versus demand, and upcoming initiatives. Maintain delivery tools, schedules, templates, and boards, ensuring owners, milestones, dates, and dependencies are consistently updated. Compile and distribute project status updates, dashboards, meeting materials, and other delivery communications. Coordinate project meetings and workshops, capture notes and decisions, track action items, and support timely follow-up. Maintain consolidated RAID logs covering risks, issues, actions, and decisions, while helping teams follow through on mitigation activities. Coordinate project logistics, including meetings, workshops, release and cutover checklists, training activities, and related delivery requirements. Support basic financial and vendor administration, including timesheets, invoice readiness, milestone evidence, and other tracking activities. Assist with delivery documentation such as runbooks, release-note inputs, operational readiness materials, and other project artifacts. Work independently on moderately complex coordination activities, escalating issues early and proposing practical solutions when challenges arise. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, delivery support, PMO, or a related role, or equivalent professional experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience using project portfolio management tools; experience with Planview Portfolio or similar platforms is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project management platforms, and delivery tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience coordinating meetings, preparing updates, taking notes, and tracking actions. Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery concepts, or a demonstrated interest in developing knowledge in these areas. Ability to work independently with limited supervision while recognizing when escalation is appropriate. Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-oriented approach. Experience creating simple dashboards or reports using tools such as Power BI is a plus. Previous experience in IT or technology environments is beneficial. Working knowledge of financial tracking or forecasting concepts such as effort, cost, and ROI is an advantage. Benefits Remote work opportunity.
