Creative Marketing Specialist — Ads & Campaigns

Accountabilities:: Design and produce advertisements, social media campaigns, and promotional content across multiple channels. Translate creative concepts and briefs into polished assets, from initial idea through final execution. Develop strong visual storytelling that maintains a consistent brand voice and identity. Create short-form video and motion content to support marketing campaigns. Produce marketing and business development collateral that supports commercial initiatives. Proactively develop fresh campaign concepts and creative ideas rather than waiting for detailed briefs. Manage creative projects independently while balancing priorities and deadlines. Requirements: 5+ years of demonstrated experience creating advertisements, social campaigns, promotional content, or similar marketing creative. Strong visual storytelling skills with a clear eye for design, composition, and brand consistency. Good creative judgment and an understanding of what makes advertising engaging, memorable, and effective. Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and take initiative in proposing new ideas. Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent creative tools. A portfolio demonstrating relevant campaign, advertising, or marketing design work. Experience with professional services, consulting, or B2B technology brands is a plus. Motion graphics or After Effects experience is an advantage. Copywriting skills and familiarity with campaign performance metrics are also beneficial. Benefits: Competitive compensation package.
