Client Onboarding Manager

Accountabilities:: Lead enterprise-level client onboarding and implementation projects from initial planning through successful delivery. Develop clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication workflows to maintain transparency and alignment. Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless and timely implementation. Guide clients throughout their onboarding journey, proactively managing expectations and addressing potential challenges. Prepare and educate client teams to support effective product adoption and enablement. Maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high-quality onboarding experience. Collaborate across international teams and time zones to keep projects progressing efficiently. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in project management, ideally within a client-facing, implementation, or onboarding environment. Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Knowledge of KYC, transaction monitoring, AML, or related compliance solutions is a strong advantage.
