About this Role: We are looking for a meticulous and driven member to join our finance team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong background in professional services (CA firms) and a deep understanding of full-cycle accounting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. On the Job: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions comply with accounting standards Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including aging analysis and reconciliations Perform monthly bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity Use ZOHO Books for day-to-day accounting, reporting, and process automation Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings, and assist in year-end audit preparation with organized documentation Prepare periodic financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and MIS reports for management review Must-haves (Min. qualifications): Semi-Qualified CA (Inter CA cleared) 3–5 years of practical experience in bookkeeping and accounting Prior exposure to CA firms or managing multiple client accounts/audit assignments is a strong plus Hands-on experience with ZOHO Books or the ZOHO Finance Suite Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, financial modeling) Strong understanding of AR/AP cycles, reconciliations, and statutory compliances (GST/TDS) Good to have: Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage tight month-end timelines Effective communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal/external stakeholders Why join us?: Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
