Assistant Clinical Project Manager

Accountabilities:: Support Clinical Project Managers with project documentation, presentation reviews, meeting preparation, training sessions, and client calls to help ensure effective study execution. Review and interpret clinical protocol documents while coordinating with cross-functional teams to support timely completion of study milestones and project deliverables. Monitor internal data flows, task completion, outstanding items, missing data, and incomplete documentation, ensuring follow-ups are conducted within agreed timelines. Respond to project and client inquiries professionally and promptly, provide regular project status updates, and assist with resolving client issues as an additional point of contact. Verify imaging protocol compliance and manage related queries, helping maintain the quality and consistency of study-related activities. Step in as Project Manager when the assigned PM is unavailable, providing continuity and supporting the ongoing coordination of project activities. Mentor and support Operations team members, provide constructive feedback to the Operations Manager, and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Follow applicable Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements, including GCP, ICH, and FDA guidelines, while contributing to SOP updates and operational process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required, with an academic background relevant to healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or a related discipline considered valuable. 1+ year of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, and/or clinical research is preferred, with healthcare, medical, or clinical research experience considered an additional advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to work effectively with project documentation, presentations, data, and administrative materials. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, monitor deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with diverse teams, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and a positive professional attitude.
