Accountabilities: Act in contentious and advisory matters involving banking law, representing the interests of financial institutions. Prepare legal opinions and responses to client consultations. Draft and file pleadings and other procedural documents. Monitor judicial proceedings and ensure relevant deadlines and developments are properly followed. Attend hearings and conduct meetings with judges' chambers and courts when required. Prepare clear and accurate legal and procedural reports. Contribute to the effective management of assigned cases while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and quality of legal work. Requirements Regular registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). At least 1 year of professional experience as a lawyer in judicial reorganization matters representing banks or creditors. Proven specialization in Business Law and/or Judicial Reorganization. Exclusive professional dedication to the role. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, persistent, and committed approach to legal work. Genuine interest in practicing law and continuous professional development. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working with cloud-based platforms and digital legal tools. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and responsiveness.
