Adoption Sr. Manager - Delivery Support & Insights - Evernorth

Accountabilities:: Lead the Adoption Center strategy, aligning adoption priorities with enterprise transformation goals, capability roadmaps, and long-term business outcomes. Oversee core functions covering simulation and validation, insight generation, issue management, scaling, and sustainment. Partner with programs, technology, operations, PX&O, Data Management, Reporting, Knowledge Management, Training, Communications, Risk Control, and Audit teams to enable seamless adoption. Develop Adoption Business Plans that translate insights, risks, lessons learned, and adoption requirements into clear actions for leaders and operational teams. Leverage data, performance measures, and operational insights to identify risks, strengthen decision-making, and develop scalable adoption strategies. Represent the Adoption Center in governance forums, program discussions, and operational reporting sessions, providing clear and actionable updates. Coach and empower teams to navigate ambiguity, resolve adoption challenges, and build a culture focused on collaboration, continuous learning, innovation, and accountability. Requirements High school diploma or G.E.D. required. 8+ years of experience in operational transformation, business process improvement, quality and auditing, change management, technology adoption, or a related field. 5+ years of people management experience, including leadership of large teams and strategic initiatives. Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives within complex business environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational insights into practical actions. Ability to influence senior leaders, build stakeholder alignment, and communicate recommendations clearly and confidently. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment. Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred. Experience with structured change management or adoption methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci preferred. Experience with operational modeling, simulation, automation opportunities, or business intelligence reporting preferred. Experience partnering across business, IT, and leadership teams on large-scale transformation programs preferred. For permanent or occasional work from home, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required. Benefits Annual salary of $130,900–$218,100 USD , depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location. Eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan.
