Buscamos un Solution Architect especializado en Cloud y AI para liderar el diseño de soluciones tecnológicas en proyectos de transformación digital, modernización y plataformas escalables.
Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrido (Bogotá o Medellin)
Responsabilidades:
- Diseñar arquitecturas de solución para aplicaciones empresariales y plataformas digitales.
- Definir lineamientos, estándares y mejores prácticas de arquitectura.
- Liderar sesiones de descubrimiento y definición de soluciones con clientes y equipos técnicos.
- Evaluar tecnologías, plataformas y patrones arquitectónicos asegurando escalabilidad y seguridad.
- Promover arquitecturas cloud-native, automatización, observabilidad y prácticas DevOps.
- Identificar oportunidades de adopción de inteligencia artificial y tecnologías emergentes.
- Participar en procesos de preventa, estimaciones y propuestas técnicas.
- Actuar como referente técnico frente a stakeholders técnicos y ejecutivos.
Requisitos:
- +5 años en roles de Solution Architect, Software Architect o Technical Lead.
- Inglés conversacional (B1+ o superior)
- Experiencia en empresas de consultoría o servicios tecnológicos.
- Experiencia liderando proyectos de modernización, migración a la nube o transformación tecnológica.
- Conocimientos sólidos en arquitectura de soluciones y arquitecturas empresariales.
- Experiencia en cloud computing (AWS, Azure o GCP), Kubernetes, Docker y plataformas cloud-native.
- Experiencia en DevOps, CI/CD e Infrastructure as Code.
- Conocimientos en inteligencia artificial generativa (LLMs, RAG o AI Agents).
