On cherche un/e SMS Apprentice (Systems Management Specialist/Spécialiste en Administration des Systemes) pour réaliser une alternance au sein de notre équipe de Global Architecture and Operation (Product Support). Le bureau se trouve à La Défense à Paris.
Responsabilités :
- Installations, mises à niveau et gestion de la résolution des problèmes Support en cours
- Prise en charge des problèmes critiques en binôme
- Le Spécialiste en Administration des Systèmes est part d’une organisation mondiale, dans le cadre de ses fonctions il peut être amené à voyager (en France et à l’international)
- Assurer la liaison avec le client et/ou les services internes concernant les demandes techniques en cours
- Gérer les installations et les mises à niveau des logiciels
- Gérer la résolution de tout problème de Support en cours
- Fournir un support technique pour les problèmes système, les interfaces, la migration des données, les mises à niveau et les nouvelles installations
- Fournir un support technique pour le dépannage et l'analyse des performances
Expérience/qualifications/qualités requises :
- Connaissance des OS Linux et Windows
- Diplôme universitaire (Bachelor, en progrès)
- Bon niveau en anglais et en français
- Motivé/e, capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- Capacité à trouver des solutions innovantes aux problèmes
- Curiosité intellectuelle
L’IA :
- Connaissance des outils et intérêt pour utiliser l’IA dans l’analyse technique, la documentation, etc
- Capacité d’écrire des prompts clairs et donner du contexte utile pour améliorer la qualité de l’output
- Compréhension de la nécessité de réviser et tester l’output avant de l’utiliser
