Join InterSystems as a Senior Quality Development Systems Engineer, and contribute to developing high quality, robust software by building the validation systems that certify customer-scale behavior and release readiness across HealthShare products. Unlike traditional QA roles, this position focuses on system-level validation, large-scale environments, and automation frameworks that simulate real-world deployments.

You will work closely with HealthShare scrum teams to understand system behaviors, identify validation needs, and influence design for testability and scalability, ensuring that new features and platform changes behave correctly under realistic customer conditions.

Your strong technical capabilities, curiosity to learn new systems, and ability to operate across infrastructure and application layers are essential to InterSystems’ innovation process.

InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance.

Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

The estimated base compensation range for this role is:
$92,000—$136,000 USD
