Position Summary

Harness is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support the Global Payroll operations team. This role will be based in Bangalore, India, and will report to the Global Payroll Director.
In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day payroll operations for employees in EMEA, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You will work closely with payroll, HR, finance, and external vendors to support payroll processing and resolve employee queries. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in payroll and accounting.
