配属予定の事業推進本部は、PayPay証券の収益拡大及び事業成長をミッションとし
PayPay証券における事業戦略の立案から、新規事業・サービスの展開やグロース等に取り組んでます。

PayPay証券は今、PayPay経済圏における証券・資産運用を担うピースとして、これまでにないスピードで進化を続けています。
私たち事業推進本部のミッションは、その進化の羅針盤となり、収益拡大と事業成長を牽引することです。現在、PayPayのユーザー基盤を活かした新規事業の構想や、収益化に向けた戦略がいくつも立ち上がる中、要となる『企画の推進役』が不足しています。
構想を構想のままで終わらせず、社会にインパクトを与えるサービスとして形にする。そのスピードを最大化するために、案件企画・事業推進を担っていただける仲間を募集しています。
▼具体的な業務内容
PayPay証券はマスリテール向け証券事業における国内No.1を目指しており、その中核となる事業・サービスの企画から運営までを一気通貫で担って頂きます。当社の収益拡大並びに事業成長の要として、手触り感を持って事業に携わることが出来ます。
PayPay証券における事業戦略の企画立案から実行までをお任せいたします。（以下、イメージです。）
- 事業戦略立案及びその実行、複数案件のプロジェクトマネジメント
- 新規サービス・事業の要件定義、UI/UXの設計支援、プロダクト・開発部門との調整、プロジェクト管理
- PayPay等のグループ会社及び外部パートナー企業とのアライアンス推進
- チームメンバーのマネジメント 等

必要な経験/スキル
- 非対面証券ビジネスにおける企画立案・実行経験をお持ちの方
- プロジェクトマネジメントの経験をお持ちの方
- 社内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションスキル
- 金融事業に関わる法令等の知識
- インターネットサービスでの業務経験
- 業務に必要なITスキル
※入社後に、証券外務員一種の資格取得をお願いしております。
あると望ましい経験/スキル
- 信用取引、Fx、CFD等ディバティブ取引サービスの企画・運営経験
- スマートフォン向けプロダクト・サービスの新規企画・立上げ経験
- 新規事業を立ち上げた経験
- ２名以上のマネジメント経験
