業務について
PayPay証券のプロジェクトの全体管理をするシニアPMOを募集しています。このポジションでは、プロジェクトの管理および組織全体のプロジェクト管理能力の向上を推進し、企業目標の達成に向けて重要な役割を担っていただきます。
当社および関連するグループ企業との協業を通じて、革新的なプロダクトを推進します。200以上のプロジェクトを管理し、その効率を向上させるとともに、ステークホルダー間のコミュニケーションを活性化し、ユーザーを第一に考えたプロダクトの創造を目指します。
ロードマップ計画に基づき、「正しいことを行っているか」を継続的に確認し、リソースの適切な配分を評価します。また、ビジネス環境の変化に迅速に対応しながら、プロセスの改善もしくは品質向上のための必須事項を着実に遂行することが求められます。
【具体的な業務内容】
- プロジェクト管理効率の向上を目的とした各種イニシアチブの推進
- 戦略的に重要なプログラムおよびプロジェクトの管理
- 新規ルールおよびプロセスの策定と導入
- 曖昧なルールや持続性のないプロセスが発生した際には、関係者との調整を行い適切なルールやプロセスを定義する
- 四半期ごとのプロダクトロードマップ計画の管理およびサポート
- 経営層への定期的な進捗レポートの提供

必要な経験/スキル
- 最低5年以上のPMOまたはProject Mangerの経験
- 大規模プロジェクト、複雑なプロジェクトの管理経験があること
- 複雑な事象を分解し、共通項を見つけて、全体コストの総和が最小になる解決策を見つけようとすること
- 「やり抜く力」を持ち、目的達成のために困難に立ち向かう姿勢
- JIRAなどプロジェクト管理ツールの実用的な知識
- SQLやBIを通して、課題に対する分析を行った経験
- 日本語（母国語もしくは日本語能力試験N1同等レベル）
あると望ましい経験/スキル
- 金融領域もしくは証券領域のプロジェクト担当経験
- 所属チームや部門に捉われず、関係者ののパフォーマンスを最大限に引き出した経験
- 組織内でのプロセス改善や変革を推進し成功に導いた経験
- 証券領域のプロジェクトを担当したことがあること
- AIを駆使したプロセスや業務改善に関わった経験
- 英語（通訳等のサポートなく、ビジネスレベルでの会話が可能なレベル）
