Employer Branding Student (Temporary )

Are you passionate about storytelling, social media, and building memorable experiences? Join our Employer Branding team at a leading global tech company and help bring our 2026 employer branding strategy to life. Reporting directly to the Senior Employer Branding Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience across social media, content creation, events, and global employer branding campaigns. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, develop your creative skills, and help shape how top talent experiences our company and culture. This opportunity is ideal for students in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, as well as ambitious content creators who are curious, creative, and eager to make an impact. This is a part-time temporary six-month position, requiring availability for two working days per week from our Ra’anana office on Mondays and Wednesdays.

How will you make an impact? 

• Help bring global employer branding campaigns and initiatives to life.
• Create engaging content for our social media channels and support day-to-day content planning.
• Assist with the planning and production of internal and external events.
• Research employer branding trends, talent audiences, and new creative opportunities.
• Contribute fresh ideas through brainstorming sessions and creative collaboration.
• Support initiatives that strengthen our employer reputation and help us connect with top talent.

Have you got what it takes?  

• You’re a strong communicator with a natural talent for storytelling.
• You bring creativity, curiosity, and a proactive, can-do mindset.
• You have excellent written and spoken English. Native-level proficiency is an advantage.
• You have experience editing short-form videos for social media.
• You have some hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: content creation, social media management, public relations, event production, or a related field.
• You’re organized, collaborative, and comfortable working on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, ideation, or optimization is an advantage.
