- Liderar la entrega de servicios y programas de ingeniería de software garantizando calidad, cumplimiento y satisfacción del cliente.
- Gestionar la salud financiera de las cuentas (revenue, margen, rentabilidad, utilización y control de costos).
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con stakeholders de negocio y tecnología, incluyendo niveles ejecutivos.
- Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios impulsando desempeño, desarrollo profesional y retención del talento.
- Identificar riesgos, dependencias y oportunidades de mejora, definiendo acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- Impulsar iniciativas de transformación digital, automatización y adopción de soluciones basadas en IA.
- Participar en preventa, definición de soluciones y estrategias de crecimiento de cuentas.
- Asegurar el uso de métricas operativas, financieras y de calidad para la toma de decisiones.
- 10+ años de experiencia en tecnología, ingeniería de software o transformación digital.
- 5+ años en posiciones de Delivery Management, Program Management, Engineering Management o similares en proyectos financieros y/o de seguros.
- Inglés conversacional : B1 o superior
- Experiencia liderando equipos de ingeniería de más de 200 personas.
- Experiencia en gestión financiera de cuentas con clientes externos (P&L, revenue, margin, forecast y budget).
- Experiencia gestionando clientes corporativos y stakeholders de nivel directivo.
- Conocimientos en SDLC, metodologías ágiles y modelos de delivery.
- Conocimiento en arquitecturas modernas, plataformas cloud y métricas de ingeniería.
