営業部門の一員として、新たな顧客を獲得し、日本市場を拡大します。顧客企業に対して積極的に製品を売り込み、商談を成立させ、取引先と長期的な関係を維持することが求められます。新規顧客の開拓、リードのフォローアップ、顧客との関係構築、価格交渉などを通じて、弊社のビジネス拡大を実現する営業活動に取り組んでいただきます。また、ヨーロッパ、APAC、アメリカをカバーする社内の調達およびビジネス開発チームと緊密に連携します。

あなたに期待すること :

• 新規顧客を発掘して収益を上げ、既存顧客との関係を維持し、営業部門内の事業を成長させる
• 電話、メール、訪問を通じて新規および既存の顧客とコミュニケーションを保つ
• 効率性とサプライチェーンのサポートを最大化するために顧客を定期的に訪問し、マーケット情報を共有しながら関係性を深める
• 顧客または社内マーケティングチームと協力し、 ビジネスチャンスを広げる
• 出張後のフォローアップを行い、社内メンバーに情報共有する

弊社が求める人材

• 半導体、または電子部品業界で3~5年以上の営業経験
• 精力的で聡明、成功するまで粘り強い営業活動ができる
• コールドコールに抵抗がなく、関係構築スキルに優れている
• 営業に対して専門的かつ論理的なアプローチをとり、結果重視の考え方を持ち、自発的に問題を解決できる
• 以前の営業職で成功した実績と成果を証明できる（業界不問）
• 上限のない報酬を切望
• 一般的なOSツール（MS Office 365など）に熟知している
• 出張をいとわない（１年の半分は国内出張を予定）
• 日本語が母国語または流暢
• 英語の読み書き・会話が得意

Business Development Manager – Japan 

As a member of our sales organization, you will be expected to expand and look for new customers in the Japan market, proactively offer products to customers in wide range of industries from small-mid to big sized customers, and close business while maintaining lasting relationships.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle: prospecting, working on the leads, developing relationships, negotiating, closing the deals, and most importantly - qualifying our customers. This job requires a high degree of collaboration, as you will be working closely with the Purchasing and Business Development team across EMEA, APAC and Americas.

This opportunity is for highly driven individuals who are entrepreneurial in nature, and it provides the opportunity for exceptional high earnings potential with uncapped commissions!

What can you do for us?

• In this highly visible role, drive revenue through managing existing customer relationships, prospecting new customers, and growing business within accounts
• Interact with prospects via telephone, email, chat and on-site visits; navigate through large accounts to find key decision makers
• Collaborate with customers and marketing team to identify and develop additional areas of opportunity
• Educate customers on the current state of the electronic components market to maximize efficiency and support of the supply chain

Who are we looking for?

• More than 3~5 years of experience with Electronic Component Industry.
• A high-energy, smart, and persistent salesperson driven to succeed and revolutionize an industry.
• Confident in making cold calling, excellent in relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated problem solver with result-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated a successful record and achievement in the prior sales position in any industry.
• Hungry for uncapped incentives.
• Proficient in Microsoft office and other business tools.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more of your working hours.
• A Native or a proficient speaker in Japanese language.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
