What You Will Do - Manage and grow B2Spin's presence across social media platforms, keeping content fresh, on-brand, and engaging - Monitor, respond to, and moderate community interactions to foster a positive and active player community - Identify trends, player sentiment, and community insights to help shape content and engagement strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns, promotions, and community-driven initiatives - Track and report on key community metrics, turning data into actionable recommendations - Act as the bridge between our players and our teams, ensuring player feedback is heard and acted upon What We Are Looking For - Proven experience managing social media channels and online communities, ideally within gaming or entertainment - A natural communicator with a talent for writing engaging, on-brand content - Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices - Ability to spot trends and translate community sentiment into meaningful insights - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment - A genuine passion for gaming and player experience --- Why You Will Love It You will be at the heart of a brand that is genuinely disrupting the social casino space.
