Keeping HubSpot Clean: Log every call, disposition and next step, because our routing and reporting run on it. Comfortable on the phone at volume: You know your own connect rate and conversation-to-meeting rate. Analytical and systematic: You own the outcome. When something isn't working, you figure out why and come back with a recommendation. Coachable: You're always looking to get better, and you can tell us about coaching that changed how you work. Competitive and team-first: You're driven to beat your own numbers and invested in the team hitting its goal. Self-directed: You stay disciplined working remotely at an early-stage company and solve problems before being asked.
