Practise the (Senior) Compliance & Legal Manager (m/w/d) at IPG Automotive - Personio interview free →Deine Aufgaben Entwicklung, Prüfung und Verhandlung kunden- und lieferantenseitiger Rahmen- und Einzelverträge und allgemeiner Geschäftsbedingungen sowie Betreuung und Anpassung laufender Verträge Unterstützung in sämtlichen unternehmensbezogenen vertrags- und wirtschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen Weiterentwicklung bestehender Vertragsstandards und Bearbeitung aller rechtlichen Vorgänge Erstellung interner Richtlinien und Vorgaben u.a. in den Bereichen Informationssicherheit, Datenschutz, Exportkontrolle Aufbau neuer sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Risikomanagementsysteme Betreuung und Koordination datenschutzrechtlicher Themen Aufbau IP-Management (inkl. Markenrecht) und Betreuung/Leitung des Patentmanagements Überwachung gesetzlicher Anforderungen und Umsetzung von nationalen Gesetzen bzw.
