Aufgaben Als IT-Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) betreuen Sie Arbeitsplatzsysteme und Anwendersoftware und sorgen für eine zuverlässige IT-Unterstützung der internen Mitarbeiter Zudem unterstützen Sie den ServiceDesk bei IT-Anfragen, technischen Störungen und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorfällen Darüber hinaus betreuen und optimieren Sie das Clientmanagement, die Benutzerverwaltung und die Softwareverteilung Zusätzlich setzen Sie IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen im Bereich der Arbeitsplatzsysteme um und entwickeln die Clientumgebung kontinuierlich weiter Dabei dokumentieren Sie technische Abläufe und Lösungen Qualifikation Grundlage bildet eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-System-Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT-Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) oder IT-Administrator (m/w/d) in der Betreuung von Microsoft-Arbeitsplatzsystemen mit Wichtig sind sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Clients und Anwendersoftware sowie Erfahrung mit Softwareverteilung und Benutzerverwaltung Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über Erfahrung mit ServiceDesk-Systemen und bringen Kenntnisse im IT-Sicherheitsmanagement mit, Kenntnisse in Baramundi und Jira sind von Vorteil Sie überzeugen durch Verantwortungsbewusstsein, eine sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kunden-, Service- und Teamorientierung Benefits Work-Life-Balance: Freuen Sie sich auf flexible Arbeitszeiten bei einer 38,5 h/Woche Zentrale Lage : Top-ausgestattete Büroräumlichkeiten im Herzen von München Onboarding : Umfassende Einarbeitung von erfahrenen Kollegen aus der Abteilung Teamspirit: Sie erwarten flache Hierarchien, kurze Entscheidungswege sowie eine wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit Sie finden das Stellenprofil interessant?
