Werde Teil unserer Community – wir freuen uns auf dich! WHAT YOU DO Analyse von Marken, Zielgruppen und kulturellen Shifts zur Ableitung fundierter strategischer Sprungbretter ( Creative Briefings ). Entwicklung von integrierten Kommunikations- und Aktivierungskonzepten für Raum, Event, Social Media und digitale Ökosysteme. Konzeption von Branded Entertainment, interaktiven Erlebnissen und prägnanten strategischen Kernbotschaften (DE/EN). Ausarbeitung und Vermittlung von überzeugenden Strategie-Storylines für Pitches. Enges Zusammenwirken mit Kreation, Spatial Design und Project Management, um strategische Präzision in der Exekution sicherzustellen. WHO YOU ARE Du überzeugst mit einem Portfolio, das strategischen Weitblick, tiefes Markenverständnis und Gespür für herausragende kreative Leitideen belegt. Die Fähigkeit, Daten, Kulturtrends und menschliche Verhaltensmuster in klare, strategische Leitplanken zu übersetzen. Großes Interesse an mindestens einem Gestaltungsbereich (Architektur, Produkt-, Mode-, Interior- oder Filmdesign). Ein erfolgreich absolviertes Studium im Bereich Strategie/Kommunikation/Geisteswissenschaften oder ein Abschluss einer renommierten Branchenakademie (z. B. Miami Ad School, JvM Academy, School of Ideas). Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie exzellentes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
