WHAT YOU DO Du entwickelst grafische Konzepte, Key Visuals und Layouts für anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte Als Junior Art Director (all genders) erstellst und gestaltest du holistische Kommunikation und überführst komplexe Inhalte in verständliche Grafiken In Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam unterstützt Produktionsprozesse im Bereich Grafikdesign und stellst hohe Qualitätsstandards sicher Du bereitest Präsentationen professionell auf und führst Briefings durch Deine kreativen Gestaltungslösungen tragen zu spannenden Strategie-, Architektur- und Live-Kommunikationsprojekten bei Du gestaltest plattformübergreifend für verschiedene Medien: Print, Digital und physische Räume WHO YOU ARE Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikationsdesign/ Visuelle Kommunikation Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position bzw. im Bereich Art Direction/ Grafikdesign mit Du bist Profi in der Adobe Creative Suite sowie in gängigen Präsentationstools und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Typographie und CI-Richtlinien sowie ein gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen Affinität für Tools wie Figma, Frontify, After Effects und AI Tools Gestalterisches Gespür, kreatives Talent und Konzeptionsstärke sowie Begeisterung für Lifestyle, Innovationen und aktuelle Design-Trends Du arbeitest strukturiert, hands-on und kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch WHAT TO EXPECT DIVERSITY & PEOPLE: Come as you are!
