Technical Account Manager, Data Collection Excellence

As a Technical Account Manager with German you'll be the trusted advisor for our AGI-DS scientists, providing expert consultation on ML/Gen AI data collections and managing customer relationships. You'll Basic qualifications: - Speak, write, and read fluently in German and English at C1 level or above - Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in Python or SQL, command-line tools (CLI), and JSON - Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or client-facing technical role (e.g., technical support, solutions consulting, technical account management, implementation consulting, presales engineering, or similar) Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field - Experience in AI/ML data workflows, data annotation, or data collection operations Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
