DCO Manager , Infra Ops - HYD

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in software development - 7+ years of operations management experience - Experience leading process improvements - 5+ years of managing technical teams with significant personnel management experience and examples of developing engineers and building successful teams experience - Experience in major facilities incident management Preferred: - Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) field, or 3+ months of network and operating system support experience - Experience in project management - 1+ years of Agile methods and processes experience - Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts - Experience implementing change management successfully transitioning programs into large-scale operations - Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
