As an intern on our Managed Operations team, you'll gain hands-on experience building, operating, Basic qualifications: - Experience with Linux operating systems and network troubleshooting, or experience in networking administration and troubleshooting - Experience with Python, Perl, or another scripting language - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline, with graduation expected in late 2026 or 2027 - National of an EU member state and residing in the EU - Fluency in written and spoken English Preferred: - Experience executing standard operating procedures and following operational best practices - Knowledge of or experience with systems engineering and site reliability engineering principles - Experience operating or monitoring 24x7 high-availability distributed software applications - Familiarity with performance tuning, fleet optimization, and monitoring frameworks such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or Elastic - Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as CDK, CloudFormation, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or exposure to generative AI technologies and automation tools Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
