Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is looking for a Program Manager to join the Operations Excellence Experts team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supply chain optimization and process improvement, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree - Experience building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) - 3 to 5 years of professional experience in operational supply chain processes (shipping and order fulfilment) or similar fields Preferred: - Experience working on continuous improvement (i.e. Kaizen) and project management - Negotiation skills and confidence in presenting in English - Fluency in one additional European language (i.e. French, Italian, Spanish) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Planning, prioritization and time-management skills Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
