If you are interested in this position, please apply on Twitch's Career site https://www.twitch.tv/jobs/en/About Us:Twitch is the world’s biggest live streaming service, with global communities built around Basic qualifications: - You have 6+ years experience building similar Accessibility programs, QA and other scalable Accessibility Practices. - Expertise in accessibility best practices, guidelines, and regulations—specifically WCAG 2.2+ AA and the CVAA; ability to advise the executive team on risk assessment. - Experience working on consumer product accessibility both on video and communications products and across a variety of devices, such as desktop, smartphone, gaming console, and OTT services. - Experience with Figma, Jira and similar relevant product development tools. - Awareness of assistive technologies available to people with disabilities. - You have experience creating and leading an accessibility program from ground up including creating, documenting, proactive management and driving deliverables. - Experience working with and consulting product, design, engineering, and legal teams to deliver accessibility audits, code reviews and other advisory services. Preferred: - Understanding of and familiarity with AI tooling and test automations for Accessibility - Familiarity with Twitch as a user, streamer, or both! Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
