Sr. PMM , Engagement Marketing Lead, Creators

The Creator Marketing team’s vision is to strategically and creatively attract and retain a diverse population of quality Creators (influencers & publishers) at scale. We scale proven marketing strategies Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Bachelor's degree - Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms - Experience in customer lifecycle marketing or partner marketing management Preferred: - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting - Experience in influencer, affiliate marketing - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices. - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
