From individual households to Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields - 5+ years of experience in configuration management, product data management, or engineering process ownership in an EE/ECAD environment - Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred) and ECAD tools (Mentor/Siemens Xpedition preferred) - Demonstrated understanding of PCBA design-to-manufacturing workflows, including BOM management, revision control, and release processes - Experience authoring and governing engineering process documentation and standards - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to drive standardization across multiple project teams Preferred: - Experience with EDM (component library management) and EDM-to-PLM synchronization - Familiarity with contract manufacturer handoff processes and supply chain BOM requirements - Experience building or improving CM training/enablement programs - Knowledge of EBOM vs. MBOM distinction and enforcement in complex electromechanical products - CMPIC or equivalent CM certification - Experience in aerospace, satellite, or high-reliability electronics environments - Track record of reducing configuration debt and improving release velocity through process improvement - Familiarity with Amazon's Leadership Principles, particularly Ownership, Dive Deep, and Invent and Simplify Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
