Senior Training Specialist with German, AGI-Data Services

Amazon is investing in generative AI and the responsible development and deployment Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Speak, write, and read fluently in German and English at C1 level or above - Experience in a training role, including technical training, or a mix of training, performance management and coaching/mentoring, or experience planning - Experience developing and implementing training programs - Proficiency in English verbal and written skills - Communication skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development, including explaining technical topics to novices and collaborating with subject matter experts and managers - Excellent collaboration, coordination and organisation skills - Experience with one-to-many and one-to-one communication skills in both classroom and tutorial settings - Knowledge of adult learning and training practices - Experience working with remote teams - Competent user of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - Experience leading and coordinating within a group of peers - Continuous improvement skills Preferred: - Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or Flash - Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter - Experience working with a globally-distributed management organization Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
